We have the technology and experience to maintain design integrity while offering advanced construction methods.

Architectural polymers form liners.

The standard architectural form liners for many years were textured plastic or fiberglass sheets fastened to the form facing to create ribbed patterns on the concrete. Architectural polymers blog solutions for architects maintain design integrity with the flexibility of our concrete form liners and thin brick inlay systems. New materials and techniques though are allowing us to create form liners that impart more intricate patterns on the concrete surface realistic rock patterns detailed graphics. Rigid polymer liners are not recommended for precast applications using heated beds.

Rustication strips are recommended at the liner joints that do not blend with the pattern. We offer versatile form liners products for roadways and bridges to suit your needs. Type 3 concrete with accelerators create high heat during cure which could damage rigid polymer formliners. Architectural polymers offers efficient and affordable solutions meet to your diverse concrete needs.
